FIBC Automatic Packaging System

The fully automatic feeding and packaging system greatly shortens the working hours and manpower, and avoids the health damage caused by the high dust environment.

1. Automatic weighing and unloading of powder and granular raw materials.
2. The robotic arm picks and places pallets/cardboards, clip bags, bagging, and I/U buckle.
3. Automatic labeling at the specified position.

The conveyor can be designed according to the needs, and the speed can be adjusted forward and backward, as well as the function of ascending and descending. It can pack as many as 25~45 packs in one hour, greatly increasing the production capacity.
